Ms Zhou will be taking her maternity leave from 1 Oct to 30 Nov 2014. Rest assured that classes at the centre continue as scheduled and that quality will not be compromised. Term 3 is coming to a close. Hope our programs have raised your child’s academic performance. In order to continue attendance at our Chinese lessons, kindly refer to the Payment Notice given to your child and make payment by 07/09/2014. Cheque can be post-dated to 08/09/2014 (which is the 1st day of Term 4). Kindly note that Term 4 lessons will begin immediately after Term 3 lessons end without having a one-week September School holiday week. Please let your child bring their student files when attending the first lesson of Term 4 so that our teachers can add in Term 4 lesson materials for your child. Thank you!

AY2013 Timetable and Term 1 Lesson Dates have been officially released on 1 Oct 2012. New timetable of our centres in both Coronation Plaza and AMK Blk 608 have been given to your child or you can simply click Lessons > Lesson Timetable to view it on our website. Should you wish to continue your child’s tuition with us, please kindly refer to the Payment Notice and make payment by 18/11/2012. Please feel free to post-date the cheque to 31/12/2012. Please also note that 2012 Term 4 lessons will end on 18 Nov 2012 and no weekly lessons will be conducted during the entire Dec school holiday from 19 Nov 2012 to 30 Dec 2012. Should you wish to let your child have some lessons in this Dec, please do consider our various Dec holiday programs. 2013 weekly group lessons will start from 31 Dec 2012, Monday.

We offer a variety of holiday programs from 19 Nov to 31 Dec. We strongly encourage you to sign up one or two holiday programs for your child to get your child prepared for the new semester. Dec holiday programs timetable and registration form have been given to your child or you can simply click on Programs > Dec Holiday Programs to view program introduction and timetable on our website. Please kindly fill in the registration form and return it together with your cheque payment by 18/11/2012 should you wish to sign up your child for any of the holiday programs.

We, the teachers from Essence Education, would like to meet you face-to-face to discuss on your child’s learning progress and learning plan in the coming year. One-to-one parent meeting is available on 13 Nov (Deepavali), 24 Nov (Sat) & 25 Nov (Sun) 10am – 6pm daily. Parent meeting is approximately 30 mins for each child, strictly by appointment only. Please choose your preferred timeslot and SMS 98807976 ”PM <Student Name><Your Preferred timeslot>” to make appointment before coming down to the centre. If you cannot come on the above dates but wish to meet us on another day, please also feel free to arrange with us. Even if you are too busy to come for the face-to-face meeting, please do let us know if you wish to be contacted via email, call or SMS.
